I have found cbd liquid that I bought in Savers has really helped me. 2 drops under the tongue twice per day, has really chilled me out and taken that constant edge off everything.

Thanks for talking about your mental health in the last vid I've been having trouble myself for a lot years now for one reason or another, and have gotten nowhere. Taking pills just keeps me on a level so I can get up in the morning, so I have decided to try getting out and about and start camping been getting some gear together still got my 58 sleeping bag and hexi cooker lol (never served only a cadet). I wild camp around the Surrey Hills, lots of woodland, but a bit busy to light a fire, some great views though, I like your storm lantern, I've got one, great atmospheric light and would be handy if the power goes out.
