I wasn't sure if I will vlog it while I was unboxing the parcel from Aramex, because of the excitement that I got my passport (Temporary Visa to enter UK) back along with the letter for my biometric card collection.
Please leave the comment below if you have further questions regarding how and what are the requirements to get UK Spouse Visa.

Hiya sorry for the late reply.Yeah of course we got married in Philippines as long as you get marriage certificate appostile/red ribbon. If you get a fiancé visa and get married in the UK after 3-6 mos you have to change it into a spouse visa so it’s double cost but it’s entirely up to you 😊. If you get married in the Philippines you can apply spouse visa.For me easier to apply a spouse visa.

Wedding certificate attested,home address sa Uk,Wedding photos,any proof of photos na magksama kayo,stamp ng passport mo kung sann kayo nag travel if meron,BC,bank statements,gawa po kayo ng letters oara sa isat isa paano kayo nagkakilala dahil yan po hiningi din sa amin.Importante maging honest po kayo sa application ninyo.Eilts certificate,If divorce po si Mr ninyo bago kayo kinasal need din po nya submit ang copy ng Divorce of decree.Yan lang po maalala ko🙈 ang processing po took 40 days dahil kami ng tao para mag process lahat ng papers ng mabilis.

Hi just watched your vlog on getting your wifes spouse visa. Very interesting regarding timelines on when you have time to get into uk and that you need to go to PO to collect id from. My wife is a filipino we are going back to uk in Feb 2023 as my son is now studying at Stirling uni. We have all the requirements except the accomodation docs. Hi Mike, We drafted a "No Objection Letter" from my husband's sister addressed "To whom it may Concern". The letter explained that she lived alone in a 2 bed property and that we would use her spare room on a temporary basis until we found our own property. We provided written details of the property, listed the rooms and provided dimensions to show that there was sufficient space for us to stay with her . Hope that helps.

Hi sis,Pede ka namn kumuha na ng visa sa UK kahit di pa kayo kasal as long as maibigay nyo lang mga requirements.Pero mas maigi kung kasal na kayo para sponsoran ka ng asawa mo.At kung hindi naman kayo dito mag for good sa UK mas maigi ang 10yrs multi entry visa kukunin nyo po pede ka mag stay sa UK every 6 mos.Dahil ang spouse visa ay you have to live in the Uk for 5yrs para ma ka apply ka ng citizenship.

@@bladerunner9129 We did get it sorted, and my husband is now in the UK. I sent him everything to cover all areas, but they didn't ask to see anything. They saw the marriage visa, asked him a couple of questions and that was it. One issue I were not made aware of was the flight carriers. Sometimes, they ask for proof of purchase, and if you can't provide this when you check in, they can refuse boarding. I did a lot of research and Emirates don't ask for this. I check many times with them.

Thank you.For my spouse visa It took us about 2 months. In my case we applied spouse visa while we’re still living in Dubai.Because to get a spouse visa you have to apply outside the country (UK). I guess it depends also what visa you going to apply has different requirements. You can check their website iasservices.org.uk company who helped us to process everything.😊

Saka dahil malapit na po ma expired ang passport ko kaya nag renew agad ako bago ako kumuha ng aking spouse visa. Did you apply online or at a British embassy for the visa? Was an income required? Was your child born in Dubai or in U.K.? Reason I ask is because my wife is pregnant also does she have a British passport? How easy was the whole process

Yes we did apply online because British embassy in Dubai can't do anything with it😊. And I just went to VFS in Dubai for my biometric appointment. Income only required if you are not employed. Yes my daughter born in Dubai and she have her British and Philippine passport too😊. The whole process was easy as we got a solicitor who helped and make things easy for us.😊

Hello po.Sa pag apply po namin ng spouse visa kumuha kami ng solicitor or Agency called (ias) Immigration Advice Service, para sila na ang nag process nag submit lang po kami lahat ng documents na kakailanganin.

Hello po sis. Para sa akin mas ok na makasal muna kayo para spouse visa po kukunin ninyo.Para isahan po ang pag process habang andyan ka pa sa pinas.Pede naman fiance visa (only valid for 6mos)kung doon kayo pakasal pero doble gastos dahil after nyo makasal sa Uk papalitan mo din ng spouse visa.😊

Yes you can do both go together if she have her own spouse visa.If not better to apply her spouse now while you are outside in the Uk as the Uk government don’t allow the applicant to apply inside UK. And if you have been offered a job that is good because it will be easier for you to sponsor your wife. I don’t know if the University can sponsor her.Because employment and Home address is one of the requirements for applying spouse visa if not then you have to show the money like what we did.

For me getting married in Philippines is ok 😍because there is no divorce 😁 which we don’t want us to happen🙏🏽.😊 Getting married in the Philippines has loads of requirements 🤕😌 which is fine because the government wants to make sure that both parties is single or divorced. Getting married in the UK have no idea😌. So I don’t know which country is better 🤷🏽‍♀️.

hello mam ica.. sana po mapansin mam.. tanong ko po mam hindi po kaya magging problema yung pinasa ko sa solicitor namin na certified true copy of marriage palang po ang na ipasa ko? yung pinaka original paper po kasi ng marriage cert namin from PSA kakalabas lang last month kaya ang pinasa ko lang kay solicitor is yung temporary which is legit po yun mam from cityhall.. hndi po kaya yun mag ccause ng prob sa visa ko? or di kaya mag aask nalang po sila sakin ng additional abt that po? and mam pinasa ko yung visa ko sept 13 2022 19 yrs old palang po ako nyan, itong nov po 20 na ako and yung asawa kopo 56.. wala po bang prob sa age namin sa desisyon nila genuine naman po kami at mahal na mahal namin ang isat isa.. pangtalong tanong ko po mam since nung naging kami po ng partner ko since january sya na po ang nag support saakin financial many records po sa bank account nya na nag sisined sya saakin kasi nag try din po kami mag business lagi nya po ako sinesendan for my financial and iba pa pong plans namin.. hindi po ba ito makaka affect sa desisyon ng visa ko po? thankyou very much mam I hope you can answer my questions very helpful po ito.. 🥹❤️

Hello po Maam, wala naman po maging problema as long as na ibigay nyo po lahat ng requirements na hinihingi ng solicitor nyo po.Maganda nga po yong meron kayo solicitor Maam dahil sila po ang mag double check sa UK kung meron po kakulangan documents. Sa age naman po ni Hubby nyo am sure wala din magiging problema kung napatunayan po ninyo na genuine marriage po. Dahil maghihingi po yan sila ng pictures nyo together at stamp ng passport ni Mr nyo po kung ilan beses sya nagpunta ng pinas plus wedding photos.Sa amin po kasi isa ito sa mga requirements.Make sure po na ipa double check ninyo mga requirements sa kinuha nyo pong solicitor para di po kayo pabalik balik at mag cause po ng delays sa pag approve ng visa nyo po.
