For the vfs passport collections (with vignette) it says wait approx 7-10 working days , is that from the date which the brp email was sent or from the date that's dated on the brp email originally. And if there isn't a message from the vfs passport collection centre should we ring them and enquire. Thanks

In NADRA marriage certificate, in my address, the street number is missing. It just says "Street #". The remaining part of address is OK. Is there any issue in it or can I just upload it for application to spouse visa?.

hay many many thanks for your effort, I have applied last year in July got success 4 weeks ago, and now I have taken my passport to Jerrys in Islamabad 2weeks still haven't hear from them as I was told it will only take up to 10 days. do you know how long will it takes for visa to get stump on my passport. at meanwhile I am trying to track it and it comes up Dinmark or Japan. if you know the right link would much appreciate.

You can switch from a work visa to a spouse visa. Your spouse has to sponsor you because your work visa contract will end unless they decide to keep you as their employee on which you came for the work visa with that company. So you have to provide your spouses payslips.

Guys another additional tip I would recommend is to also send money to your spouse abroad and use that as evidence to show you also providing financial support for your partner just another bonus to solidify your case hope it helps inshallah

Here is my marriage visa journey timeline. I am a UK male citizen applying in the UK for my wife who's a bangladesh citizen. 26th January 2021 - married 1st July 2023 - started employment £19,000 a year 9th Jan 2024 - application started (non priority) 26th Jan 2024 - wife sent in biometric fingerprint 6th March - received email stating I have an employment & relationship interview 6th May 2024 - completed Employment verification interview 2nd July 2024 - completed relationship interview. Today I completed my relationship interview. As far as I'm aware, the immigration officer grants or refuses your application after the interview. They interview both husband and wife at the same time in different locations. They try to look for any inconsistencies or contradictions in your application after interviewing you both. Both husband and wife has to match their stories. They ask questions where your important dates and locations has to match. If they require more information based on the answers you both gave, it may take longer to approve the visa. As far as I'm aware, it takes 10-15 working days for spouse to get passport back from embassy.

I have an annual salary of 35,000 GBP. Is it essential to have six months pay slips of EQUAL amount or the following situation is acceptable for applying to spouse visa i.e., first month salary is 1800 GBP and remaining 5 months is 2300 GBP (this is because first month pay was pro rata). Please guide.

I think you need to have minimum £18k per year salary and it shouldn’t matter if it’s going up to down as long as it’s not lower than £18k.

Your salary qualifies. They accumulate the 6 months of payslips you provide and then quantify for the annual income to see if you meet the minimum threshold of the required amount of £18640

Whenever i see u guys together i genuinely pray that Allah protects you guys and your relationship from evil eye and any harm, Ameen. Also if you don't mind me asking, I'm a bit concerned because all the time i hear from everyone around me that when you go live with your husband in the uk you won't get much time with him because he has work and generally people are very busy. I just get scared of that because i feel like not getting to spend time with my husband and him being busy will take a toll on our marriage and i just want us to have a happy marriage. Asalamulikum, please make dua for me and my husband as we have been married for 4 years now, we also have a son who is 2 years old and lives with me Alhumdulilah, but me and my husband have never been able to be together properly or permanently yet because he’s in Pakistan while I live here in the Uk, we had lots of family/culture problems where I wasn’t able to work, when we got married in Pakistan and I came back to the Uk Covid had took over the world where again I could not find a job and the story gets longer from there and now I’m working Alhumdulilah, raising my son and trying my absolute best to get my husband over soon inshallah, I have spoken to 1 or 2 solicitors, but they start laughing and don’t want to help me for whatever reason I don’t know. I have put all my trust and faith in Allah (S.W.T) hands and inshallah he hears my prayers soon because I can’t wait for more and more years as some people have said to me that I’m might be 40 years old by the time I get him over, thank you for sharing your story ❤
