I am in Belgium past many years. I dont about avastha in the UK. But ividey visa or PR kittaan, it is like winning lottery. Like for example any jobs in the law enforcement after completion of MSc in Forensic disciplines is not going to happen without a minimum of 3 year residency in UK or more depending on whether the employing company/govt requires 3/5/10 years of residency to complete security clearance. I would discourage students taking up forensic/criminology disciplines if they want to seek jobs in these fields in the UK. I am speaking from my experience of studying forensics, I hope it helps students who wish to take these courses. RESEARCH ON THE REQUIREMENTS for the job you wish to pursue before taking up any course in the UK. Keep in mind that 1 year MSc is not eligible for UGC-NET even if coming back to India is your last option.

All the jobs I have seen so far require minimum 3 yrs residency. ONLY FOR FORENSICS. I am not sure with other courses.
