It depends on the schools, most schools conduct interviews just to be certain that you are conversant with the course, modules and institution. Other schools conduct interviews before issuing CAS, that’s after they’ve offered you a place on the course. Other schools conducts English language interview

Are you applying with HND?. Most schools that accept Waec also accept Neco.
