Alright if someone apply for administrative review and believe that there is definitely in error made by home office because our graduate psw visa got refused and they provide us with 14 days or apply for administrative review, Once we applied for administrative review during the waiting period what will happen to the right of work? I'm asking for main applicant and dependent partner as well? Are they allowed to work in the uk legally or their right to work will be revoked?
