Very enjoyable video. Lidl actually do a fruit and veg box for £1.50 from produce about to go past it's best date but still usable. Products can be frozen or cooked, souped etc Problem is they're positioned beyond the checkout so tend to be an afterthought. If not purchased by midday they get donated to charity which is cool. Food waste sucks.

The cereals are cheaper there than in Nigeria, eg, the 75p oats is sold for almost 2k here in Nigeria.

Things are pretty less costly over there than Nigeria prices especially for non-indigenous's like broccoli etc. Even chocolate bars sef is less costly. I enjoyed watching this video while salivating!!! :) ....Before I forget, very nice nails!

Is it just this store? Or are British supermarkets in general this cheap? I had to check for the sushi, never would find sushi that cheap in a Canadian supermarket. Here the cheapest I seen was around £3 / $5 Canadian. And if you get lucky, usually it’s double that Not to forget, our price labels don’t include the taxes like they do in the UK. So it’s very misleading and more costly 😬

Lidl and Aldi are generally cheap but there are some stores that are a bit pricey. Also depends on the location, for example, I find that groceries are more expensive in high end areas like London.

Nigerians don’t take recycling seriously and it makes me really uncomfortable and sad. Stuff here seems pretty cheap. Do they also classify their produces under organic and GMO? I know it’s done that way in the US and Canada, with organic produce being more expensive which isn’t great because not everyone can afford to eat healthy (organic).

Not really a thing, company cards can come in helpful. METRO in France is a good option but you will need to cross the channel.... only worth it if you need a big shipment. I hope your a business iwnder
