Next to where you were I can see an open area through the trees, that wasn't there before Storm Arwen. Those places look tempting to camp as theres a bit more light and I like to see the stars but are mostly unsafe due to fallen trees. On the night you camped, me and Christopher were up the road and it was cold until the clouds came over, the wind picked up and became a lot milder but was wet and wild. Awesome way to start the New Year! You said that your first spot was too close to certain areas and was no good. (dark humour warning ‼️) I googled and couldn’t find any college dormitories or pubs in the area so you should be fine. Ration packs, that means that Rooney is occupied elsewhere. To be fair, he does have a talent for cooking. Perhaps he should get a commendation or a medal for his valiant efforts. Crossed spatulas with scrambled egg clusters 😂😂😂😂. You should rename your channel to, Lundy’s Lodge , three drink 🍹 minimum required! Peanut butter and those chocolate biscuits (McVities?) are a real treat in the woods! Burps are just your stomach applauding the food 🥸🥸🥸. Was it actually an owl 🦉 or was it Damian a couple of lots away trying to talk to the Wildman of Harwood, thinking your snoring was the creature growling at him. You might need a bigger fire hose to put out that fire 🔥. Was that the storm that caused all the damage over this past Christmas? Cheers, and a happy new beer 🍺 🫵🤟🇨🇦🫡🇬🇧🤟🫵🍺

Thanks for watching Ian appreciate it mate ye we've had a lot of strong winds lately so there's lot's of damage in the woods again Damien we out with his son a few miles down the road unfortunately Roney couldn't get out my plans change from the original area just wasn't happy with it too close to a main track having a big fire was great I didn't need much wood preparation as I just used the bits from the old shelter's but the winds were canny strong and I'm positive a few trees come down in the night hopefully meet up with Damien soon that will be a good laugh as always happy new year mate atvb Jimmy 😎😎👍👍
