Not unless they chose to scrap human rights. Most already have human rights law which is very similar to the ECHR laws. Governments don't leave organisations like this unless they plan to scrap rights. This isn't about the rights for refugees because they are still covered by international law, this is about removing our rights ultimately

We won't have to leave the UCHR and no one will block Britains removal program because others are about to follow suit. Germany and Demark are reportedly looking at sending illegal immigrants to Rwanda also.

How is the UK leave in the European Court of human rights going to make it a pariah state Canada Australia, New Zealand none of them are part of the European Court of human rights. Are they pariah states.

The ECHR is regional (and the UK was a founder with arguably Winston Churchill as the main driver) however, the UN Charter has the same requirements regarding treatment of those claiming asylum and if the UK wants to be able (it thinks) to break international law because its no longer a signatory to such law then the UK will have to leave the UN treaties as well. Canada, Aus and NZ all follow the same international rules.

If you enter the UK and request asylum on arrival then you are not an illegal entrant under UK law which is based on international law to which the UK is a signatory. Under the law every claimant must be given due process and have their claim assessed. No matter how many times you or Braverman say asylum seekers are illegal entrants it does not make it true. This is why some want the UK to withdraw from international law and that means leaving the ECHR and the UN.

Only the thick ones. Everyone in the United Kingdom should take an IQ test. All those with an IQ below 125 should be deported immediately, including British-born citizens. What if somebody from Rwanda flees Rwanda because of persecution, do they get returned to Rwanda whilst their application is processed? Are we remembering the people who are settled here now, who came here as children, from Rwanda, during their civil war? And as far as leaving the ECHR - that means we must, absolutely must, leave the Council of Europe, because all members must be signed up to the convention on human rights - that's a really big step.
