In your integration settings, you can set it up to automatically update Shopify with the tracking number. So, when you mark it as dispatched within click and drop, it’ll automatically fulfil it in Shopify and send the customer the tracking info

This was a really helpful video but I did notice quite a lot of customer information was showing. I definitely would private this video asap and go back through this video and blur that information out for data protection. Around 3 minutes in I saw the full names of the customers and around 5 mins 45 seconds I saw someone's name, the town they lived in, and their postcode. I hope you aren't offended by this (I appreciate you blurred most of the information out) but I wanted to let you know so you don't have any repercussions 💜

I would recommend the Zebra g420 hd label printer mainly because if you have a business account or get your postage through click and drop then you can apply for their online business supplies and you can order the label rolls free. So after you have paid for the printer then it’s free as no label costs. It’s well worth it.

Hey, I use Collect+ by Yodel and it is cheaper than Royal Mails small parcel price. It is fully tracked and comes with £50 coverage included it only cost £2.71 for a 50cm by 50cm by 60cm parcel. It also goes down to just £2.51 if you ship over 150 parcels with them a month.

There is no button for this, and it says by all my products that click & drop is unavailable for that item. I really don't know what to do!

Hi, not sure if I've got something wrong here but it looked to me like you paid £3.95 for Royal Mail Signed for Second class. Small Parcel I believe goes up to 2Kg. I sell the odd thing through ebay and Hermes tracked is only £2.95 for the same thing. No you don't get a signature but as it's a tracked service you have the tracking number and it shows in your Hermes account (also free to sign up for) if the parcel has been delivered so you can prove this if there are any disputes. £1 saving per item if you are selling a lot of items would soon mount up to a lot of money. Apologies if I've got it wrong. Edit: Also you don't even need to buy your own printer or label machine as you can print the label using Hermes printer at the drop off point.

Hi I’m hoping you can help me out with this question - I’m under the impression that because the payout from shopify takes a few days, does that payout include the shipping fee? Do we pay for the shipping ourselves and then are we reimbursed for the shipping cost when we get our payout from shopify? Or is the shipping cost automatically paid to the shipping company (Royal Mail for example) and then all we have to do is print the shipping label?

I am still in the learning stage. So is the royal mail click & drop separate to shopify. For example I see when you go on shopify apparently you have to connect an app with shopify. So when I have unfulfilled items I just type in click & drop royal mail and continue your steps from there, then fullfil ? I hope that made sense.

This helped so much 🤞🏼🤞🏼, will give this a go and try some tweaks to automate it a bit more. Something I looked into doing as well is using a rewards credit card for payments to gain points/miles etc. (repay before the due date to not gain interest). Rack up rewards while paying recurring expenses/bills.

What you are using is a click and drop account. With a business account, you can actually get postage discounts because the packages weight are billed as an average of the total weight of a whole bag of mail. You also need to apply to Royal Mail for a business account. Try it...you could save on your postage costs.

Hey no I charge the delivery fee through Shopify and then you pay the shipping fee using the money the customer has paid for on click and drop, if your ever confused watch click and drop tutorials or read their help guides x

Sorry that may have been confusing, 1) check what the general shipping cost is on royal mail for your orders (UK and International) 2) Copy those figures into the shipping section of Shopify, so make a shipping charge for each country 3) Then when the customer makes and order through Shopify they’ve paid for the shipping 4) You then pay for the shipping with the money from their order on the Royal Mail click and drop service
