Man this brings back so many memories of 2011. It's a shame that nowadays everyone thinks that this is terrible and not dubstep at all. This is what i see as true dubstep. I think during 2010 and 2011 was when dubstep was at it's best but although some of the new releases are still good it's the fans that annoy me. They have only heard what dubstep is now so they think that all old dubstep is terrible and amateurish. It's this sort of dubstep that i was first introduced to and will always be my favourite!

It just has changed as the artists evolved - which in some ppls opinion isn't so good but you cant prevent it from happening, and ofc you sure do have a good point.

-_Dub5tep_- YOu can prevent it from happening. Its called supporting the music you love, instead of the music thats forced on you Evolved? Evolved means its progressed into something more... Dubstep has CHANGED with the coming of Skrillex. When someone makes 22 million a year making a certain style, everyone else follows. Some people make music for the money, some people make music for the sake of making music and just happen to make money doing it.

Dubstep has slowly passed away into EDM and more dance based genres. I still listen to melodic dubstep something slow and the more heavier drops but really people should get on the bandwagon :P.

Do you guys remember when UKF Dubstep uploaded Borgore's "Decisions"? Or Xilent's Remix for "Sleepless"? Or even Zomboy's "City 2 City"? I remember. And now, when we come back to check out MASSIVE stuff, we get: Bukez Finezt "AWESOME" 'Under Control' and Millions Like Us feat. Redders' "Time's Up", for example. I remember the time when I was at UKF Dubstep channel and my head banged for the heavy drops that I was listening to. Or when I got the chills when I was listening to GOOD melodic dubstep, like Seven Lions' Remix for Excision feat. Cristina Soto's "Still with Me". Now... well... I just can't. I'll be back here when UKF Dubstep upload something from Au5, Skrux or Barely Alive... well, Flux, Datsik and a Zomboy original can bring me back here too. Some people think absolutely the opposite. All the songs you have cited are pretty much the main reason why I have stopped listening to UKF and I am very keen of the direction UKF is actually taking by including artists like Bukez, Truth, Broken Note, Trampa... Sounds different from the usual brostepish drop we might have hear a thousand times now. It just depends of your dubstep taste as the genre is very versatile.
