So I don’t know what was happening but about a couple years ago me and my stepdad went out on Clearwater lake at about 7pm to fish at night for crappie, at first the night was okay and normal, but then as the night went on we started hearing noises. We were the only ones out on the lake clearly because we were at a spot that kind of overlooks the whole lake. The first couple things we’ve heard that night was stuff underwater that sounded like something blowing up, after that we heard what seemed to be like something falling in the water, it was so loud that we thought they opened up the spillway. When that happened we nearly got knocked out of the boat, keep in mind that the sound we heard was on the other side of the lake from where we were. A couple nights later we took my mom out there at night, we heard the same noises basically and at one point we were sitting there in the boat fishing and we heard something come out of the water. Once again we almost fell out of the boat because of how extreme the waves were. Shortly after that we all agreed to head back to the boat ramp and leave. I don’t know what all of that was but it truly changed my prospective on life. If anyone has any solutions of what it could be please comment on this.

I lived on a farm maybe 20 mi from clearwater lake when this all happened I was a teen then. We drove up to clearwater lake one Sat night hopeing to see something, but we didnt see anything unusual. There was a big white Nasa cargo van with a radar on top parked next to us. We stayed a couple of hours then left. But back on the farm we began to see strange things in the sky at night. My Dad seen a cigar shape object float across the Hwy one night as he was driving his semi.. as soon as he got on the CB the lights on this object went out, its as if they knew.. One night I was looking up in the stars with binoculars... there was this red object and it had maybe a dozen smaller red objects shooting off from it, it seemed to be way up in the stars while it was flying. A person I knew claimed he seen a UFO fly down over the fence row for a long ways and then zipped up. Something def was going on in the Bootheel for a few yrs, I also seen one UFO appear to be chaseing the other one, it wanted me to see it.. it communicated for me to turn around and walk back maybe a 100 ft then look up so that I could see them. That was pretty cool, Ill never forget it! Over the yrs from time to time I,ll drive back to that same spot at night and just sit in the car and listen to the radio for a while hopeing they will return but nothing has ever happened, so I pretty much gave up on that..... here it is 2023 and I havent seen any UFO,s since then! PS... The odds of these investigators finding something yrs later is highly un- likely.. it doesnt hurt to try tho! There more likely to encounter a big cat out there or in the summer step on a copperhead !

So if you want an experiment like this to work, turn off your cameras, limit the crew to two to three people and go out somewhere completely remote and away from all cameras, and then perform the experiment. I loved that they opened with unnecessary science and then parlayed into unnecessary tension, then moved full on into a crescendo of unnecessary floodlight blinking and dismounted right on the anticlimactic. Needs just a little more over-the-top drama throughout and then we'd be in some business. The producers should watch like a week of Telemundo and then come back and frame their footage. This is still gold the way it is...straight gold. Don't change, Quest. Go harder on the drama and you guys will have one of the best shows ever made. I love Quest.

When you have a 50 plus year old dude meet another suburban Starbucks dad out in the desert...and first guy presents his bombshell proof...and the guy just whips out a drawing of his own that is just a smidgen above the skill level of a 2nd grade finger painting showing a little alien guy...thats straight up legendary. The unsung heroes of this are the producers, crane shot operators, camera peeps and audio people. When you go that hard with drone shots, crane shots, intense musical score and cutaways over like two regular dudes and a drawing...these could possibly be the best shows ever.
