Fascinating trip, glad all went well for you getting to Slovakia. If you like gargoyles, you would have enjoyed the centre of Kyiv, some great ones there :) Not that you would probably want to be there right now. Tiny room you got there, but perfectly serviceable to get your head down and have a rest. Enjoy the rest of your travels! Much better pronunciation of Lviv by the way :)

Your travels are incredibly quirky, but certainly worth watching. I must admit THAT room in Slovakia did look very grim. Yes, you certainly won't be able to travel to Russia in the near future with a Ukranian stamp in your passport. Maybe you will travel overland to Istanbul, Türkiye and then fly to Bangkok from there, OR fly to another SE Asia country and overland to Bangkok / Hua Hin ? Good luck for the rest of your travels and travel safe.

Absolutely fascinating vlog. It's the first I've seen for this journey. FYI there are a couple of international trains serving Kiev (they doubtless stop en route at Lviv) but the bus seems to be the most convenient. One point not mentioned is that Ukraine has no civil aviation at the present time. But Ryanair and Wizz Air are waiting for the conflict to end as they have schedules prepared.

The room looks like a one nighter. Actually I ran into my worst soi dog experience in Cha Am thought I would take a short cut but I should have stayed on the Main Street. No worries I just kept eye contact and my head on a swivel make sure none got behind me stood my ground and slowly walked through.
