I travelled with them from Athens to Kiev and a connection to Delhi. I was upgraded to First Class. I have to say that even though the service isn't great, the seats are super comfortable even in the economy section with great padding unlike today's flights where seats are foamed benches. Also no complaints as the fares were much cheaper than other carriers. I got that for 17k while the next cheapest option was 23k by Aeroflot
