The most interesting thing about this Uragan rocket launcher is the truck which is based on. It is most bizarre military truck ever. This is a ZIL-135 with 2 v8 petrol! engines on each side of vehicle, each engine power a one side of all wheels, so engine on the left powers left side and right engine right side wheels. That Soviet era truck has two gear boxes and two clutches, the reason behind this unusual construction was that this truck needs to have a stiff suspension to be able carry fragile nuclear rockets and also a ZIL truck factory produced trucks with ONLY v8 petrol engines.
