As many as 16,000 children have been forcibly removed to Russia since the full scale war began, according to Ukrainian officials - some under the guise of “humanitarian evacuation” from Russian occupied cities like Mariupol and not all of them orphans.

@@TehDawg I am sorry but that is simply not true, which is why they use the term alleged. If someone admits to something it is not magically turned into a fact. At least where I come from the legal system does take into account fake confessions (people admitting to crimes they did not commit, especially serial murders. Yeah there are weird people like that), coerced confessions (cops pressuring you or outright beating it out of you, etc.) and others. Just because someone says "I did it" does not make it a fact. It is just one piece of evidence that still has to be evaluated by the court. Hence why these outlets say alleged to cover any potential legal liability. P.S. it is hearsay not "here say" :)
