It is curious that the people of Kursk think that they will receive the same treatment from the Ukrainian military, that Ukrainian civilians received from the Russian military. perhaps the people of Kursk should question why there is a war at all, and who is really to blame for their concerns.

The people of Kursk should be more afraid of their own troops. By all accounts, they loot, get drunk, and misbehave; even in Russian villages. The Ukraine troops are not there to make friends but at least they seem to manage to maintain some sort of order in the occupied areas.
