Ukraine are also suffering losses too, in case you haven't noticed. It's currently 1:4 with Russia losing 4 men for every Ukrainian according to ISW. But Russia has a 10:1 man advantage so simple maths tells you who is going to run out of men first.

In Ukraine, many soldiers walk around with foreign patches, as almost all Western countries have supplied military clothing from their depots. I have also seen Ukrainian soldiers with British, German, Danish and Polish patches. Russians tend to believe that this means they must also be foreign soldiers.

It’s smart of them to do this. They’re giving their audience what they want. On the other hand, Crux used to be a very popular channel - they produced slick, excellent videos about the war, and showed both sides. Then, sometime early last year, Crux went all pro-vatnik and eliminated any pro-Ukraine content, and editorialized in the video narration and the titles - all pro-muscovy. Their viewership has dropped radically… they made a poor choice. I don’t mind if there is a little content in each video that shows russian success, but honestly most of us are here to watch russian equipment get destroyed. It is a beautiful thing.
