I was in Lviv Oblast for 1 year. The food that was prepared for me was very different from the local economy restaurants. Restaurant were very western driven in culture but beautifully crafted. The American cuisine attempts were made better with a Ukrainian taste added.

Привiт з Угорщини! I'm amazed! Absolutely accurate about the backstory and the recipe! Yes, Hungarian 'bograch' is 'казан' in Ukrainian, and the Hungarian name of the dish is 'gulyás', pronounced as 'ґуяш'. I love your videos!

Bograch = боґрач Bohrach = бограч No? Why would a ‘g’ be used in English but a г in Ukrainian? Ґ usage doesn’t always seem consistent to me in general
