NATO should provide 155mm artillery ammunition to Ukraine. The reason arms manufacturers aren't ramping up production is due to a lack of orders. Consolidate all NATO munitions orders and get the production lines ramped up. Time is of the essence. All of Europe is being defended by the Ukrainians right now. Get moving and stop debating.

@williammorris584 Жыл бұрын
A considerable amount of 155 has already been supplied, and Ukraine continues to fire daily about 1/4 of the West’s monthly production. Reserve stocks may be available from a few countries, but the Ukrainian position look much less favorable than the Russians, who apparently have maybe a bit less than half of the ~17 million artillery rounds of all types that they started the war with, not counting their production. Even things like barrel wear are coming into play, so old 152 and 122 guns are being limbered up, and the reserve stocks of these old systems are just not comparable. Some fun is made of this against the Russians, but an elderly 122 is still a round downrange; the Ukrainians would do the same if they had significant stocks of ammo for these old pieces. They are making arrangements for the west to make some 152mm shells for the Russian guns they use, but basically they are dependent on western 155 and rocket munitions. I doubt they have access to a change of barrels for the many Russian 152mm pieces that they are using. In the absence of air superiority, this is an artillery war, and Russia has an artillery army, disguised by the fact that they also have a lot of tanks.

If Belarus gets involved, NATO has to start working opposition to Lukaschenko inside Belarus. With money and small arms NATO might be able to destabilize the regime. If and when Belaruzzia sends troops into Ukraine, Belarus opposition should take that time to step up and depose the puppet and put the real leader in place with NATO standing as military. Why didnt countries contributing to Ukraine start ramping up production at the START of the war? Did they think they could just pawn off their old stock and it would put a little dent in their newer stocks? I dont understand why they didnt. Perhaps Ruzzia saw this as an opportunity to help deplete EU and NATO stocks, knowing full well they would support Ukraine? Also, after Africa received their grain, Putler stops shipments. He may have used this as a diplo opportunity to swing Africa to his side using food stocks as leverage.

Aside for this war destroying the youngest men both in Ukraine and conscripts forced to fight and die in the thousands. Both Ukraine and Russia has such low birth rates, probably won’t be a single city left in both nations. A totally avoidable tragedy. The modern Ukraine is obviously a un-natural construct. The whole population of the Donbas were not happy with the CIA taking charge of Ukrainian foreign and military affairs. In Kiev, The Russians can dream, but there is sense to continue this. Of course I agree Russia has nothing close to a justification for this full-scale invasion. Yet Putin has been warning NATO since at least 2008. All he asked of ANTO To me its the Cuban missile crisis all over again. It sparked off due to turkey hosting an enormous nuclear stockpile in a US base. . And find me ONE nation that sees a hostile military alliance exercising and installing nuclear missile siloes, planes and bombs.. to ones own nations border. How can the average Russian be sure they aren’t planning to invade or destabilise ones home/ nation. Napoleon in 1812, “Mr. H-moustache” in 1941. No-one lost anything close to as many men as the Soviet Union. With Russia and the republics. Ww2 would certainly leave both the Soviet Union and N Germany as potential allies as long as Stalin managed to build up a better defence. Over 8 MILLION humans are homeless and seeking refuge from the violence. As a taxi driver in a major Scandinavian city, noticed how the Ukrainian who ended up here, were given several months in hotels (and a paper that the government is paying for the ride) But to be fair, if Ukraine had followed the 1994 Budapest declaration for the Nations of Ukraine and to not join a military alliance. This is totally understandable to me! But the US were not going to tolerate the fact that Yankovich won the 2014 presidential elections. (Just ask Google) The western then suddenly shifted the narrative to only Russian war crimes.. what about the hundreds of thousands who died during and under the US occupational force.. thats now important. Because it forces us to accept we are no better than them and both Russian and US politicians/lobbyist have only their own personal agenda and this more. Why must we humans be so smart compared to animals, yet we keep fighting over oneself’s pride. And not there is China more soft power along this so-called Silk Road’” Sorry fir the tangent. My point is simply that no other mation suffered as much as the Soviets. And to make sure there woukd never again come an invasion from the open Russian western plains. This is always the first and most significant security threat to any russian/soviet keader

@@evolassunglasses4673 Russia stirred up the trouble in Donbass and provided weapons and ammunition to fight the legitimate authorities of Ukraine! They also sent in regular Russian troops to fight and train the rebels!! Russia also sent a Buk missile system which was used to shoot down a civilian airline!!!! When the people of Chechnya wanted to leave Russia, what was the Russian response? Did they try to regain control or simply accept the loss of territory? What did Russia do to Grozny?
