2 मध्यम आकार के शकरकंद / 2 ea Medium size Sweet potato
3 आलू / 3 ea potato
पपीता/ papaya
1 कच्चा केला /1 ea Raw Banana
बैंगन/ Brinjal
धावक बीन्स/ Runner Beans
3 करेला / 3 ea Bitter Gourd
2 सहजन/ 2 ea Drumstick
100 ग्राम बड़ी/ 100g Badi
अदरक के 3 छोटे टुकड़े/ 3 small pieces of Ginger
3 चम्मच काली सरसों / 3 tsp Black mustard
1 चम्मच खसखस/ 1 tsp Poppy seeds
2 चम्मच कसा हुआ नारियल / 2 tsp Grated coconut
पानी / Water
नमक स्वाद अनुसार / salt to Taste
Keep the vegetable stock
1 चम्मच रधुनी (जंगली अजवाइन) / 1 tsp Radhuni (wild celery)
1 चम्मच सौंफ / 1 tsp fennel
150 मिली सरसों का तेल/ 150ml Mustard oil
1 चम्मच पंचफोरन / 1 tsp panchforon
2 तेज पत्ता / 2 ea Bay leaf
2 चम्मच पहले से तैयार पेस्ट / 2 tsp premade paste
2 कप गाय का दूध / 2 cup Cow Milk
1 कप नारियल का दूध/ 1 cup coconut milk
नमक स्वाद अनुसार / Salt to taste
2 चम्मच चीनी / 2 tsp sugar
2 चम्मच घर का बना शुक्तो मसाला/ 2 tsp Homemade shukto masala
1 चम्मच घी/ 1 tsp ghee

You described minutest details. Voice is modulated which is highly appreciated. Two years before I happen to taste this vegetable called Shukto n liked it v much. I wanted to try but now, I think, the wait is over. Sometimes it so happens the youtubers get v excited n speak v loudly n fastly. So the interest is gone the moment u hear loud voice. Also, i have never seen shukto being boiled. Its sauted and instead of parboiled and then cooked. Thats how my grandmother used to make with paanch phoron and radhuni. I guess every family has its own recipe.

I don't boil any. I just put panch phoron and saute the veggies in the pan. Put the longest cooking veggie first and then keep adding then. Boiling leads to a lot of loss of nutrients. I also keep it dairy free.
