@@XFz2nLDWo73x95 not bad! The filament is very interesting. I didn't stain it as well as I could have... But the ukulele itself plays well. I've been meaning to print another one with more strength. This one is more fragile becuase of the orientation the neck was printed. It plays well though. All good experiments :)

Honestly, my fingers are too big for it and won’t bend the correct way. My sister liked it and wanted to play it so I gave it to her for Christmas and I purchased a guitar instead. She’s very happy. (This is family I like so)

@@mackenzied87 Don't give up. Buy yourself a bigger ukulele, for example, a concert one. It's way bigger than the soprano, and it sounds great. Your family doesn't like it? Lol, their problem :/ But I'm so sorry for u about it

Im in quarantine rn, and i have this ukelele I have from when I went to Hawaii and there was this little shop, so my brother and I both got one. We got it tuned by the lady working there, but I haven't tried to learn it since I got it, in 2015. So thank you for this!!

IDK if you know this, but when you are tuning, start from being too low/loose and tighten until it is in tune. This should help

i 100% agree with what u said towards the end, u don’t really need guitar or ukulele lessons, i do go to guitar lessons right now but honestly it’s just my guitar teacher giving me new songs and helping me to learn it, i could technically also do it on my own. if ur a beginner i’d maybe recommend getting a book with some beginner songs from amazon, because lot of ur favorite songs are probably more advanced (there’s probably also easier versions but let’s be honest, the more advanced sound cooler most of the time xD) also if ur not sure if u wanna start off by learning guitar or ukulele, i’d recommend going with the ukulele first, because it’s cheaper and a bit easier to play imo!

I have an acoustic guitar that i’ve tried to learn to play on my own, but everytime i try and press on a string it kind of stops the sound 😩 i’ve tried placing my finger in the middle of the fret, i’ve being super gentle, i’ve tried pressing a little harder - but it doesn’t work for me? 🤯 i was thinking a ukulele could be better but it might really be because i just dont have the right grip. Someone help meee please!

When you first start playing an acoustic guitar, the strings need to be pressed so hard that it hurts. When you try again, press it 20x harder and hold it there and then strum lightly. That combination makes it sound better.

Overtime tho, you will grow tight skin to where your fingers won’t hurt at all when you play. So you GOTTA keep playing so you can develop that thick skin on your finger tips!! 🙏🏽
