You, Sir, have THE warmest, most infectious smile, that made watching your video an absolute pleasure. Having played guitar for nearly 30 years I thought I was pretty adept at the uke, but this technique is really challenging. Just goes to show you never stop learning. Fantastic video and fantastic playing. Thanks very much.

15 years playing guitar. Picked up a Ukulele, one week later, feeling good, however there was a strum pattern I couldn't work out. I've been googling ukulele triplet strumming, syncopated rhythms etc but THIS is what I was looking for. Thank YOU, you legend!!

One of the best explanations of the split strum I have found so far, and certainly the most cheerful and upbeat. Please would you consider doing some more of these condensed single-topic lessons.

This is a really great lesson! Can you please tell me what the rest of the chords you're playing are? It seems there are a couple more besides C, C#dim and G7. Thank you!

Wow that was amazing tutorial . I’m just starting to learn the ukelele how long does it take to learn that strum & get it up to speed . And what uke are you using? Thank you
