I am an Automobile Engineer for 35 years. Now came to US. I am exploring Indian food Industry in North East and learnt cooking by myself. I did not tell my employer about my earlier position. I enjoy preparing tasty food and serve to people now. Looking for opportunities to run an Indian food outlet in US, if things develop as I plan. Good to listen to this video.

Yes, I have lived in the US for 30+ years. I have always dreamed of why Idli, vada dosa and pongal are not available. Tastier and more nutritious than a burger. Also instead of Lays chips, why not murukku, seedai etc. I was craving all of these when I was a student in the Midwest in the early 90s.
