Spawn a queen. Give her some drones or runners. They will spread resin. The queen will grow in an eggsack automatically (regardless of resin amount), but each egg costs xx jelly levels, so she can typically lay 10 eggs each MC day. After her jelly level is depleted, the eggsack will vanish so she can protect the eggs. Rinse and repeate. That's all it is right now Currently the royal facehugger doesn't produce queens, nor are there more than one type of queen (some more are planned), also if two queens encounter each other, they don't interact, their hive area just overlaps.
