Always glad to watch your well thought out videos NLG! I was thinking the same thing about the warlock class discord set when I saw it a few days ago and how your haste is just gimped in comparison. I was purely playing around with just foregoing the firefighter helm for the razorscale one and just gemming reckless where I can, with all the other pieces the same. Your build definitely has a bit more "easier" pieces to get though for sure, letting others in raid get the more contested ones. Appreciate the work brother

Glad someone else is thinking this way, took some additional notes i overlooked - but glad i'm seeing others with same mentality. I didn't think about planning for 3min fight sets. I do really like the staffs tho - will be interesting to see what's best.

Are you open to doing a video on what gear we should be aiming for from the 10 man raids? I've heard we're gonna have to do a lot of 10 man/10 hard mode before we ever get to 25 man and would be curious to hear what gear you will be aiming for in the 10 mans to be the most viable for those first legit 25 man attempts

Thanks for this perspective, it does seem like this higher haste set is going to be a competitive option for a lot of the pain points in Ulduar (except Vezax). Much more obtainable too. For the easier/shorter bosses I'm probably just going to play demo tbh. Maybe even for Hodir because my raid is kinda melee heavy and the other rdps are assholes about swapping to iceblocks.

Does anyone know if we are going to be getting 2 different BIS lists? I think that is important to have a BIS list for non-hard mode gear and then one with upgrades to obtain once hard modes can be cleared. We all know most guilds wont be clearing hard mode for the first couple weeks, even months, besides a boss here and there. I think a non-hard mode BIS list would be ideal to have first.

I hope so, right now most bis lists are just : ''equip 252 in as many slots as possible''. Considering that most of these caster items are coming from Algalon 25 and are highly contested means we probably wont see any of those for MONTHS.

I know you're into the nitty gritty stuff regarding warlocks, but I know I will NEVER have those loots you're talking about in the video. So a video which would show me what to PRIO and what to AIM at for casual guild would be AWSOME! Despite being casual I do care about performing well, always!

When you mention multi dotting, is that corruptions/doom+agony/UA or just corruption and keeping it alive with a rank 1 Shadow bolt? Is it safe to say dots are more important than shadow bolting (have we finally escaped tbc shadowbolting?)

for the harder fights definitely necessary imo. fights with pushback - xt hm, alga, kolo, firefighter, yogg 1/0 fights i think have pushback - IC hm, hodir, vezax hm, fights with no/minimal pushback - freya hm, thorim hm

Warlock benefits way more off the 15 spirit as it directly converts to spellpower, other stats aren't nearly as impactful in comparison.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure as your haste value gets higher, thus your gcd getting lower, your value of amplify curse falls and will benefit more off of the straight damage increase talents. Pretty sure with naxx it was already a near borderline valued talent anyway.
