the c charging port burned out in mine. i would like to try to charge it through the pogo pin ports. does anyone know what the 4 pins or (messing colored) charging 'plates' are each for (sorry my poor description!). I want to know how to connect + and - to another 5 V 10 W charger to see if it still works and possible to get power in. thanks for any suggestions or help!

I returned the Ulefone Armor X 10 Pro for only one reason. The linear speakers were incredibly tinny. I liked everything else. I'm wondering if I would run into the same problem with this one?

I thought the AGM Glory G1 has the loudest speaker 16 Pro speaker looks like AGM and has the same as the overprice charging dock

I bought one to compare to my glory returned it junk for wether proofing speaker sound quality was poor and far from as loud db meter comes in at 93db while glory was 112db

The phone is very thick and heavy. It is a brick. There are other rugged phones, which are lighter.

I just bought a AGM H5 Rugged Smartphone last week and out of the box I charged it. Put the sim card in and started it. The first screen was the pin screen. I tried to put my pin in and nope, didn't unlock. I called the company and told them the problem and they said to use 12369 and try that, Nope... So I got hold of a phone tech and they ran me thru the factory reset... Nope didn't work either...
