Someone tell AB that if he is going for the best ingredients, preshredded cheese is not it. They put different starches in and sometimes cellulose (powdered cardboard basically). The difference is noticeable in flavor even with cheap cheeses. And it cant be healthier either. Everyone should know about this and just shred the cheese! I understand that tour life is a different style and respect the effort you dudes are putting in. Much respect! Just a nitpicky old man sharing his opinions here.
