Sometimes, when everything feels so great, one tends to "forget" about the part in process of healing and starts using it as if it were already completely healed. Be a good boy, will you. Great vid and I'm encouraged!. I'm looking at this same procedure within the next few weeks due to a motorcycle accident. My Ulnae (?) are oddly long. They're going to take out 10mm from my left arm..

Hey! Pain is great (pretty much nonexistent) and ROM is great. But I have a bit of radiolucency around the distal screw which means I may have overused it and it may be a bit loose so I'm still stuck in a brace 8 weeks later 😂

How are you not in a great big medical device to keep your arm like you know close to your body or like you know in a stationary position I don't understand. I was told that I would be in a big like thing keeping my arms stationary for like 2 months after I go and have this surgery. Haven't had it yet obviously it's happening on February 5th 2025. They told me or the doctor told me the recovery process he said expect about 3 months but I'm not very young. I'm over 50 years old. So I don't feel as fast as say a 30-year-old.

Completely irresponsible to leave this up considering how it didn’t heal properly on the typical timeline because you are putting stress on the bone that is desperately teying to heal. At the very least edit inan intro about how you should not do what you are doing.
