I'm so glad to see everything turned out great! Please, take it easy. Start training, but don't rush it (basketball, pushups, golf). And that scar is absolutely fine. It will disappear with time because it's not keloid. Thank you for the update! Enjoy training!!!

I appreciate you Ali! Unfortunately I did not take it easy 😂 And am stuck in a brace for three more weeks. All good, though. I hope you're well!

Hi, how are you now. Do you have popping, clicking, instabillty in wrist when you do push ups and when you move and rotate wrist?
@theslaterfamily62857 ай бұрын
The movement your having trouble with does deal with the wrist it’s the TFCC that allows you to do that I just had the same surgery bc my ulna was tearing it over and over
@IdiomasConJake7 ай бұрын
Yessssss after a later meeting w/ doc he said that I had torn parts of the TFCC and he debrided them. How are you doing now? I am 4 months out and feel AMAZING. I can do almost everything I previously could. I should make another video

What was the injury you had when you were a teenager. Did you have your radial head broken and removed?
@IdiomasConJake4 ай бұрын
Broken radial head at 13. Let it grow all deformed with bone pieces in the elbow. Had arthroscopy to remove these and shave it at 18, another surgery to screw a piece I broke off again at 19, and then a last surgery (on the elbow) to remove the bone that split around the screw and attach fake ligament to augment radial stability in the elbow. (IDK the medical term for this lol)

Same. Destroyed radial head at 41. 5 surgeries in 5 years. The other day I had USO, wrist debridement and interosseous membrane reconstruction.

How are you doing now??! It's been 3 months for me and I'm doing great! Golfing, lifting weights, playing basketball. I have to make an update vid!

Surgery wise m doing alright but I still have light swelling sometime. i feel warm on my ulnarside .Pain is okay. I m not doing much at the moment very light hand movements at the moment Have you had the same situation while Recovering?They just cleaned it i had synovitis.

Oh, no! I hope you're well now. My ulna feels a bit odd (maybe I'd describe it like a wooden board), but overall I'm doing pretty good. I still have occasional wrist pains where there were torn ligaments and I can tell that the load balancing in my wrist has changed but I'd say I'm doing really well all in all!
