I'm sure they will get it resolved; looks like at least they keep a phone record of calls since she knew about your other call. Just odd that one would even think that paypal would know to not charge shipping; that doesn't make sense.

Ulta is one of the companies like Ancestry who don't really have a "call center" They hire people through a company called Alpine Access who hire people to work from home. So the person you are talking to is most likely at home wearing pajamas talking to their supervisor through a chat screen. Yeah it sucks.

Angela - call your credit card company and put the transaction in dispute. How hard is it to refund the S&H?? Horrible customer service!! All the hassle and time - I feel your pain!!

I've had similar issues with Ulta but I usually email them and they respond within 24 hours. They actually have to complete the order in their system to fix the money - in case something isn't available/out of stock. If you use a credit/debit card, they don't charge your card until the entire order is packed and ready for shipment. With PayPal it's a 3rd party payee so they actually have to issue a credit to your acct vs adjusting the total if you used a debit or credit card. It stinks when they owe you money but they'll make it right (no, I'm not an employee). Ulta takes at least a day or two after the order ships to actually charge my card so I can see why it take s a few days. And they do ship on weekends - I've gotten my shipping confirmations seven days a week (I'm embarrassed to say I shop almost bi-weekly ha ha). Hopefully they'll resolve it soon.

You must put your shoes to people who is trying to help you. U dont know the struggle talking to a rude customer all the time. They need to be calm and think so they can solve the problem of an asshole customer. They feel pressure all the time because of some customer don't even consider their feelings, they're always talk rude and throw a lot of bad words to them. They are human too, some are trying to work hard just to feed their families. And there you are ruining their lives. Why don't you try to work as a customer service let's see if you can handle rude customer who were calling 10x just because they mistakenly put a wrong address to their order and shouting to customer service to do something about it since its their own fault doing that, and when it resolved they are still not contented they will even make a review and a blog like this saying "worst customer service ever". Have you ever realized that you are not the one who's having a problem? Yours is just a shipping, but behind the calls, those people who are u talking to with your complain are losing their job because of ungrateful people like you. Please be kind, because if you don't, there is nothing left to you, you are not even pretty. Keep your kindness.😉
