I’m running the string servo mount on my wraith, I got the incision link set and the front upper links mount to the front of the servo mount as if it was meant to be! I’m glad too because those link you guys make are works of art! I bought the servo mount after I seen you install it in your bomber! You’re a big instigation to me thanks for all the great advise and how to’s much respect sir!

Try dissfuser next to your shocks they help in slow shock return less bounce an more control over them bounces

One quick question about the Vanquish Axles and the larger 5mm wheel shaft, when not upgrading to the Vanquish wheel's would you have to drill out the center bore? I also was wondering about the front drive shaft needing to be replaced with the extension have you done it and what did you use? I know I am quite a bit late to the party but I wanted to share my experience with this upgrade as I jumped into doing the same build as Harley did. My only differences were in the electronic choices as I went with a Mamba X and Holmes Hobbies 540 3500kv Puller Pro and Protek 370tbl servo. The build isn't too bad but there are NO instructions at all for skid and transmission. You won't get any from emailing High Altitude Performance either. Even without, it wasn't much of a pain and I found that Casey @ High Altitude was very responsive. My main gripe was trying to make sure the right screws are used in the right places. I will tell you that the longest screws with the unthreaded back halves are for your lower links. You will need to follow Harley's parts list very closely, something that I found out the hard way a few times. All in all, its not a terribly hard build but the performance gain is incredible. I built my for crawling as the main use and after the changes to the LCG setup, it is almost as good as a cheater build, every time I have had it out, people can't believe it is a Bomber pull those lines. I will say that if you are planning to use it as a crawler, ditch the sway bar as I have found that it was a pain in the ass to keep it attached and it was really restrictive in the rear movement. I have had NO issues without it as a crawler. However, if you are intending for more U4 racing, that sway bar is a must but I have had little luck keeping the Vanquish sway bar from just coming loose. I have run this build over 12 times and at least 40 hours of use and the skid has held up under moderate to heavy crawling on Granite, river rock, and Sandstone with no issues here in California. If you were thinking about taking this project on, I would highly recommend it as it makes the Bomber a real contender.

I had that driveshaft problem and I found Integy makes a longer aluminum spline. Works great.

Great Series! I got a Bomber V2 and did a fair amount of these upgrades. I didn't do any of the High Altitude upgrades, a little advanced for me but they look awesome. Well done

I love a to b comparison stuff. We all know lines can change and that will be obvious to you and the rest of us. Do more side by side comparisons and I think you will be impressed with how much it really does show a difference and translate to film as well as I think you will be happy with the performance it brings to the channels analytics. People really do like that know and of stuff and I think that's why rc review has been seeing a lot of growth

Gotta try some of those settings on my Bomber 2.0 although I do run a lot of Tekin esc’s (all pure race stuff RX8, RS pro/RSspec etc) I actually use the Castle Mamba X on all my crawlers current have the Aux wire plugged in and setup to do dual personality on my Bomber race mode throttle normal brake reverse (no drag brake) flip the switch and it’s throttle reverse let off and it goes to full drag brake still need to play with brake strength settings

The trans just put the output in a different spot, just need to use a longer shaft. You can use axial parts and just use longer portions to handle it.
