For me, the one reason i consider buying the priority pass directly is because of the restaurant credit. Each option has its pros and cons.

A very insightful and helpful review, thank you for this! The discount makes it almost a no brainer. One thing I noticed not mentioned here is this language when looking through the collection of lounges specific to Chase Sapphire Lounges - "Members will be able to use one of their inclusive or pay as you go visit entitlements to visit one US Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club location once per calendar year, subject to availability. Guest visits and any additional visits over and above the one entry entitlement will be charged a preferential rate of US$75, payable to the lounge."

It's unlimited only if the lounge allow you in most cases. Some lounges have the right to reject your access even if with PP.

My latest stop at sfo I had to go to my 5th choice as the centurion lounge was jammed. The first 3 pp lounges I went to denied and finally got into the last available lounge.

I have an Amex Platinum card and get Priority Pass for free. Only problem is PP is no longer giving Amex Platinum card holders food vouchers. I'm traveling to Tampa where there's no lounge for me to use which makes having PP useless for me. I'm flying SW if someone knows something I don't please advise.

That is true, but there is a Be Relax Spa at Terminal one and TBIT, and then GameWay at Terminal 3 and 6.

Sorry, priority pass lounges are really trash, same with centurion lounges, as well as Delta sky clubs. Experienced them all myself and concluded that they were are not worth my money.

Not sure exactly what kind of royal treatment you were expecting, but I've had mostly excellent experience with a all the lounges you've mentioned.

@@lewis20002000 Waitlist to go into the Centurion lounge, no seats available in Centurion lounges due to overcrowding, lackluster food options at Centurion lounges, dirty floors at Delta Sky lounges, dirty buffet area, dirty bathrooms, again overcrowded lounges at Delta Sky lounges, & PP lounges are mostly a crapshoot. Only 1 out of 5 are mostly ok, the rest are trash. So, I will double down on what I said, not looking for any royal treatment, just a clean & tranquil environment is what I'm looking for. None of these lounges mentioned above delivered that.
