Czardus, just wanted to say that I remember when you only had, like, 50 subscribers and I am so happy that you have blown up! Your content is great!

Thanks for the review of the process. I spent an extensive amount of time setting up staff schedules in a medium sized park with 6 rides, 4 pools, 5 flumes, and probably 15 to 20 shops. I assigned each member a specific location and of course their one hour break. I staggered all of their breaks to minimize the people on break at the same time within the same employee type. I then hired/assigned a staff member or two within each type to cover all of the breaks. On paper, it's brilliant, but it was EXTREMELY tedious and honestly, I didn't notice much difference from before I set up the schedules. I still got complaints of employees looking for longer work periods (not sure exactly what that's about anyway) and was still getting a lot of notifications of rides/shops closing down because the employ was on break and the assigned replacement was "on the way" but they take forever to get there (even though I keep the breakrooms very close). I hope they can tweak/improve it. I know there's a learning curve. Same with Planet Zoo. But I had no issues with PZ staffing. I appreciate the level of control in PC, but I'm not seeing any payoff for setting up good schedules.

Impressive video, Czardus. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! Your insights on staff scheduling are so helpful. Have you considered exploring how different staffing strategies can impact guest experience in various park types?
