I don't understand this MSH and MSL, he keep saying "it close below or above the last one" but he is setting the lines on the wicks and not on the close ? So what is it, do it need to close above or below or is it the wick on the candle we are going to look ad ?

There is one question I have though, as many institutions are aware that retailers are "trained" to spot these trading zones, they purposely pretend to push the price up (say we are looking at an optimum bullish formation - so we buy) and they purposely manipulate by pushing the price up a few pips before reversing it.
