Tying up holt was one of my all time fav ep but the child debate one was very casually written. Jake clearly had his reasoning for not being ready but Amy kind of blackmailed him with almost the threat of leaving. The writing didn't match their character at all coz Amy's the one always organized whereas Jake is the goofy man-child
