What canvas is required to cover/ store when not in use?

The boat comes standard with canvas bow cover and individual cockpit furniture covers. It is also offered with an optional tonneau cover from Cruisers. In the case of this boat, which has since sold, we also had a custom set of stratoglass enclosures built to provide full weather protection and ease of use.

Boat is nice but I don't understand why any BBQ would be near any seating. Especially a white seating area. Realistically have the engineers ever used a grill and experience grease splatter and smoke? Hot burning grease making pin holes in the white fabric. I seen plenty of smaller yachts place that BBQ near the swim platform. That left the cockpit area with loads of room.

Did he say the middle of January ??? Wouldn't he be freez'n his nuts off? Would there be boats in the water??

Yes, January 14th to be specific, high was 54 degrees and was a beautiful clear day. Lake does not freeze in Seattle nor does one have to haul for winter as long as you have power and a heat source to prevent damage from occasional freezing temps overnight.
