Gemma r u god?!?!? I made this today and they were a huge hit! They were absolutely amazing! Thanks a ton for this recipe!!!! I did not have a stand mixer so I just used a spatula :) To make this slightly healthier I used whole wheat flour and all purpose too. They were amazing! Gemma can’t thank u enough for this recipe! Oh my true love, brioche! It is so rich and soft and lovely. I make brioche buns for my vegetarian burgers. If you haven't tried the new plant ground Light Life or Impossible burger, you really should! It is awesome for making burgers...and really for anything that calls for ground meat. I make my brioche bread and buns with coconut milk and use eggs from free-roaming chickens. And your baby is super cute and looks so happy!

Hi Gemma! I was planning on making these today. So I checked out the recipe on the website and it said 1 tsp of Yeast. However, in the video, it looked like around 1 tbsp of Yeast was used.
