Being at kilkare the day you guys ran that 8 was one of the most memorable event of anything diesel related in my life. I still remember the announcer and the crowd after the truck went down the track, absolutely mind-blowing experiance. That and the p-pump setup on the chassis dyno 🤣

Would like to hear about the quad cab towing other pickups to races and racing it all weekend then towing back home. What it took to build something capable of doing double duty and kicking butt at the same time and what struggles you went through to get it to be able to do that.

@FIREPUNK Diesel You guys talk so highly of your grandpa anytime he comes up. Like he could take on the world. I can tell he means allot to you. I wish everyone had a grandpa like that. I'm a machinist. We machine ceramic infiltrated with metal .silicon carbide ceramic. It's used in very high heat applications . It's very strong too. You guys should look into using something like that. Think about a top end made from ceramic that had no heat barrier to hold you back. If I could redesign a head. I would take a page from the ls1 world and do a cathedral port head like that .
