@@JacobHeppner it was the sandbag to shoulder that got me. Felt good until about 5 reps into those and then it got real lol. Would love to know your time if you give it a go though!

I brought this to open gym today and 4 of us did it. It was SOLID. I modified it a little because we don't have bike ergs so I converted the cals for Assault bike. 10/10 would do again!

You should try the National Tactical Officers Association SWAT PT test. You can look it up. I would love to see what your scores would be.
