Using an enhanced prompt makes a huge difference. My first 2 gens surely made Sora feel comfortable. Added "enhancement" to it and while it still wasn't what I prompted, it's at least useable.

The whole credits thing and time limits is going to prevent the industry from really taking off in terms of full-feature films. However, if these tools were baked into a software run natively on your computer, where you can reference 3D models of consistent characters and place them into consistent scenes, where the AI takes care of the shots, and you can make adjustments accordingly, it would allow entry points for armature film-makers to create entire films with only good hardware.

I wish that this video tool could receive not only reference images (which are clearly insufficient) but rather a set of them for each person/item to be preserved in the scene, or just already trained LORAs for each one.

Vidu is really creative, often even overdoing it, but with good prompts you can get great results, however there is one problem, which they should solve. When used later in a video editor, and you slow it down to look like slow motion, even with a paid video editor, what happens is that the videos created with VIDU crash at reduced speed. They stop and move forward when you slow down the video in an editor, and that's horrible. Slow motion, the smoother it is, the more beautiful it looks, and with VIDU you can't get that effect in a video editor. But I really like VIDU, despite everything it's very creative and original in its creations.

Interesting they're still gonna have to do some more work before you can use it to make movies I notice when the characters move around too much it does lose its coherence like the animated cat when he spends around the front and back of the character morph into each other. It's an advancement but it still won't have to be improved upon before you can start paying and making movies

I bought a subscription and the Image to video SUCKS! Also note, with your video creations, the quality is very "hand drawn" and "Morphy". I get it that they are trying for consistency and its a great step forward, but I just did a comparison with minimax and the image to video is very primitive with all the old problems of new people randomly appearing, jerly movements or no movement at all, sky randomly changing colour etc etc. . DON'T BUY YET or you will waste your money. They have months of work to make this better.

Honestly what we realy need is not a useless battle between ai random videos generators who fall in pieces after 2 months, but real tools, like post process filters generate by ai, gaussian splat to mesh retopology by ia combined by picture upscaler for real pipelines (Unreal Engine, Unity, Maya, Blender etc). While this is the way to have full control of your scene and cameras, without wasting computers power for random results. Who finaly cost 2* more for a random result.
