What's the banging at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1320">22:00</a> ? Brakes dragging? Can't be wheel flats as too frequent and begins suddenly.

Not quite sure, think the driver might’ve slammed on the breaks as he stopped just after before departure could just be the fact coalfish wagons are quite old and neglected.
