We decided to start decluttering a couple of weeks ago, we're making a really good dent 😁 we are in the middle of decorating the front room but I had a mastectomy op on the 1st Feb so whilst I'm not as mobile I'm working on the clutter... it honestly feels so freeing, I love those storage bins and the little chalk boards are so cute 😍

I am so envious of this closet. I live in an old house, so we have exactly one small closet and it's in the spare bedroom! We've had to be pretty creative with our storage and resist the urge to stock up just because it feels like a good deal. It's not a good deal if I have no place to put it!

Hi Amanda, Definitely have been decluttering spaces in my home and early spring cleaning a lot and your videos have made it a lot easier. Before buying our home I always thought, when we have a big place everything will be organized and have a place. This has proven to be partly true. Even though I'm very thankful for our space there has been times where we start collecting and keeping things we don't need or use. Being in quarantine has given me the time to focus on getting rid of things I'm not using. As far as a bathroom or closet declutter, I think either one is good, I will be watching regardless.😊

I found you on Facebook. Almost two years ago I was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. After a mass fractured my hip. Then in March of 2020 a mass fractured my femur. They found 5 more mass in my body. So I was not active at all as my leg healed twice. My sweet husband tried, but my house suffered. Watching you has given me that motivation I’ve needed. Now that I’m more Mobile. It does take me all day to do one closet or area. But I do move slow. Thanks for sharing your home and life with us.

I have a cricut explore air 2 and a cricut Joy. Plus 2 heat presses. The mini and a larger one (can’t remember the size). I love making custom shirts for my 9 year old and labels. I’m gonna try my hand at the cards with the cricut Joy. I love this way of organizing. Setting up the baskets or bins first and know what is going on each basket first. I’m gonna have to try that for myself. I think that will really help. I get easily overwhelmed when I see everything I have pulled out. Thank you!!

We just signed papers today on a home we have been building and I soooo needed this video and just at the right time!! Seeing your perler bead bin made me smile. We used to call them melty beads and all the kids (I have 2 of my own and also 5 daycare kids) would come home after school and get right to work on their creations. They perfected the slow walk (rarely had one spill!) to the kitchen counter (my melting station) where I would just melt project after project. Their favourites were the dessert ones:). My kids are teenagers now, it’s been awhile since I saw melty beads😍

Those baskets are great, and I love the mini chalkboards! I've been making labels for my plastic pantry baskets and they don't always stick because of the texture on the container...this is a great fix! Thank you for your motivation!

❤️❤️I’d rather see a bathroom first before another closet declutter. I’ve been thinking about getting a cricut and now I really want one. I’m planning on doing a whole house declutter too in the spring and I feel like it would pay for itself with all the labels I would end up buying. It’s super overwhelming to think about the whole house but I think if I do one room or space a week it will be more manageable! Watching these makes me super excited though because our house definitely needs it and I find my anxiety is so much less when my spaces are clean and organized! 😊 Still here! Your closet looks amazing! My husband bought the original Cricut for me-- the one that used cartridges. I bought an Explore Air 2 a couple of years ago. I can still access my cartridges with it --which is awesome since they were an investment (and fun!). I mostly used mine for scrapbooking and lettering and labeling in my classroom (just retired last May, so won't be doing that anymore 🤣). I just love the fonts and how neat everything looks-- and it's fast!

It’s better if you have extra space cause it looks neat and clean. I was planing and make some list to what I need in a home in case my husband and I buy a house. And it made me realize to see which house then plan little by little in each area what I need to buy. What I learn from my husband is that theirs a difference between what I want and what I need. And it help me a lot whenever I shop.

We have been building our log home for the last 2 years. We're are finally coming up on finishing it. We're are a family of 5 that has been living in a 2 bedroom condo. Instead of moving a bunch of stuff we don't need/use I've been cleaning out all my kids toys, clothes and all that good stuff. It feels awesome seeing all the hard work pay off.
