Yes, this type of thing is becoming more and more popular. I haven't as yet given it a taste, but how can one go wrong with bacon and coffee? Great Lakes, you should start a cooking channel! Would be awesome!

Thanks! I've definitely thought about it. I sorta think I need a better kitchen, and probably a camera person to improve the video quality enough to make it worthwhile. There are a lot of seriously great cooking channels out there to compete with!

Definitely would be a star attraction on a charcuterie board! Nice recipe. Is the coffee flavor subtle….barely there?

Thanks Robin. The coffee taste is very subtle. It's hard even for a flavor like coffee to compete with the bacon taste!

I wish you would list the amount of ingredients used in your recipes. It seems that sometimes they are listed but sometimes they aren't. I do like the content though.
