When fighting with spidertrons, if instead of making every other spider follow you divide them into two groups and actively use the remote for the second group. By alternating which group is furthest up you divide the spit and keep a higher average speed. Obviously still try to avoid the spit as best you can.

I had such a surreal moment when you went back and showed the spike in biter kills with grenades during your very tiny initial base. We're drawing in on the true finale of this series, and I just have to say what a pleasure it's been waiting on these and watching them. It's really the modern version of a running weekly TV series, at least for mega-nerds like us. I'm really glad you switched over to this format, though I can only imagine it's a hundred times the work of the previous supercuts. Which already required being so good at the game, editing, all of it. You've reached a level of top-quality Factorio content creation that brings in people who don't normally sit through hundred-hour playthroughs.

Thanks for this great series👍 I just realized, that the reactor setting is using 12 heat exchangers per reactor. For a four reactor setup, that would be enough, however, the way the setup is designed you get bonus for 3(!) sides for the middle reactors, thus 16 heat exchangers (and according turbines) would be needed. Guess somewhat like "I don't f**king care, it's enough" 😆

Yeah, it can be quite hard to find a suitable location for an optimal-ratio-design, so I purposely underbuilt heat exchangers and steam turbines in order to make the whole design a bit shorter, which makes it more versatile to place on normal maps. All it costs is a few cheap wasted fuel cells.
