There is a 1.15 version but it doesn't have quite as many blocks as 1.16 and it can be found on curse forge/overwolf

If you make a house look good with texture packs and mods, you are still a noob builder. If you can make a house look good in vanilla with no texture packs, you are really good. So I would recommend to not use these mods and learn how to build only in vanilla minecraft. Unless you are into world building for maps. Then you should DEFINITELY use mods and texture packs. If you build maps in vanilla and it looks cool then you are a legend.

Also! I disagree! It just raises the bar! A bad building will still look bad with texutres. Its like legos, more blocks for more fun. Most good CR builders are amazing with vanilla

I can agree that even bad building will look kinda good with new textures and new fancy blocks. But if you want to make a very good, atmospheric location with all these new models/textures and keep the sense of the whole building you need to be a good builder.
