Real test is from 0-80% , cuz almost every phone charges to its full speed upto 80%. After that charging speed drastically decreases. Phone manufacturers deliberately program phones to do this so as to protect battery from overcharging and damaging the battery. Plus it is advised to charge the phone only upto 80%. Doing it doubles the battery life in the long run.

Not a perfect comparison. There's a difference in battery capacity of all these phones. U are checking in percentage which is wrong. 60% of 3100mah is only 1860mah while 60% of 4000mah is 2400 mah.. keep this in mind to estimate the charging speed.
