Amazing place to store the boats/ gear, work on rods/reels/pew pews, and relax and enjoy it all! Some sort of lounge area upstairs to look at the mounts/ photos and entertain friends is a must. It can be multi functional though as a workspace/ creative space as well. I'm from New Jersey, USA and spent some time in Australia, saw your sticker and what I wouldn't give to crack open a cold Great Northern (one of my favorite beers while I was there). Cheers guys!

I think a nice black leather sofa, killer table and TV would be nice upstairs. A place to plan your next adventure over some cold ones. Watch fishing vids and hang out. Save space on walls by imitating the old poster sales display they had in stores. Instead of poster hang ur rods. One big pole bolted to floor and you can mount multiple peg boards to it. Like a horizontal flip chart. Double sided.

Very Very cool 😎 👌. No other words are necessary. The upper deck area is so full of potential. Perhaps a small wet bar... some lounge furniture and TV... Maybe a small fireplace looking heater just for appearance... AC.. Podcasts or live streaming can be done from the lower area. So circular standing rod holders... end tables and lamps.. Just a comfortable space to gather and socialize and you can still edit and plan future trips or just relaxe.... clear coat the floor... maybe a small area rug... but that's not necessary rugs just get dirty... clean up of the floor no rug is easier especially upstairs. However I really like the whole place extremely well thought out. Just very cool 😎 👌 and looks fantastic.

Super dreamy barn/shed!!! I reckon split the mezzanine floor level,have a LVP (luxury vinyl plank or tile on the far side where you want to place the bar,will make the floor liquid proof and allow easy cleaning from dropped drinks and food.the other half go with carpet where you want couches and other stuff. As for the potential wall next to the stairs,maybe look into some sort of custom fish tank wall ,you won’t be able to hang rods on it,but It’ll allow you to see through it and will Enclose the space a little.kind of a compromise for both of you and gets the tank in there without sacrificing the toolbox. Rods on ceiling are great,especially larger shore casting rigs.I’ve setup a few of these and are always a winner. Just make sure they are fairly easily reachable or have a stool on standby for the job.pulling a ladder out is a pain.

Beautiful mounts. That's quite the shed. Here we'd call it an addition. It must be really nice to have everything so masterfully organized. I have tackle ,rods, guns, and gear scattered over 3 rooms and a garage. My children just shake their heads and laugh when they come over.

Phenomenal work guys, probably the cleanest setup I’ve seen from any fisho. I’ve got the same little reel spooler that is great bang for your buck, but if you’re wanting something a bit more heavy duty look up busted fishing as they have a couple of different reel spoolers that are better suited to spooling saltwater fishing reels.

Hey guys, I love the shed, I definitely think the upstairs area should turn into a podcast room with a bar. Also, I recommend getting a big printout of either zoning map or Bathyonic chart of mackay area maybe make it into a coffee table top, its really good for looking at and making plans for more trips. It’s a tough choice on the flooring hey, it’s either like a wooden finish floating floor or carpet.. send us some pics when it’s done to our Insta, love seeing peoples Tackle rooms

Carpet the top put a bar so then you can drink beer and do podcasts put some tables and chairs so you can edit videos and put more fish and pictures up and make it like a lounge area/bar area

Awesome setup guys super cool what colour is your colourbond for the walls roof roller doors and gutters and what colour did use paint your fence it all looks really really nice outside and in!

Thanks Luke, we love the way it came out ☺️ the walls, roller door and roof is “Shale Grey” (we wanted to keep the roller door the same colour to blend and not stand out) the gutters are “ monument” to match the house gutters. Fence we paint in Dulux weather shield “Wind spray” colour
