It was nice meeting you and we were wearing the same shirt! I was one of the first in line at the China booth and my Scallion Noodles had way more scallions than yours. My shrimp wasn't mushy either. I hate how these festival dishes are so hit or miss!

I had no intention of getting the sweet potato mousse or the choc. pudding cake, but guess I will now. I will remove the lobster and the scallion noodles now, but I am still getting some of the others on my list as you confirmed they are delish! I am so excited for that burger slider! The "SW hot dog" is called a Sonoran Dog in the actual SW and it's not to be missed if you visit the area :) The bun there is nothing like it should have been. They're amazing!

Yay I just made this at home yesterday! because I have the recipe I’ve been vegan for 15 years and trust me you do not need dairy to make vegan macaroni and universal did a really good job of it too and I pulled the recipe from 2020 and it was fantastic. I just made it last night and served all my non-vegan family members and everybody loved it. Trust me you don’t need eggs to bake and you don’t need no dairy for anything cheesy either They just use almond milk or some sort of plant-based milk nondairy cheese, probably daiya cheese they probably threw in some vegan sour cream and vegan cream cheese and nutritional yeast, which is very good for you and it’s very cheesy tasting

I think Italy only serves to be a troll booth at this point, those Palpatine meatballs looked absolutely dreadful 😩😆 I went tonight, but only tried two things, I got the autumn chili and I thought it was great, mine was not too oily. It was very meaty, the sour cream gave the perfect cool touch and I thought the cornbread was great too, so filling! Of course I got the liquid nitrogen sweet potato mousse and it was phenomenal! To me it almost tasted like pumpkin ice cream, it gave the perfect fall vibes, I will definitely get it again! 🍠🥧🍁🍂 That burger and a Carolina dog is next on my list! 🍔🌭👏

I have watched a couple of other people at Epcot trying the food samples. Everybody seems to hate the Italy nachos. If I want Chinese I'll go to the quick service place in China. I thought that was rather good and you get a ton of food. I am definitely trying both of the chocolate mousse things. I am glad yall are giving us your reviews of the food samples. We will be there starting Monday. Going Epcot on Thursday. I'll know what to try and what to avoid.

When we were at the Flower and Garden Festival in May my daughter got the pasta from the Italy booth and she got only 2 teaspoons of pasta for like $8 ! Can’t believe the tiny amount of pasta she got for that amount she spent! And the Italian cast member at the booth was not very polite as well!
