There are so many freynas build out now and every is special for something. There is no best build. Freyna can make colosses can make a lot of aoe but not both together. But if you have a good freyna and a good haily you cant lose 400%. Colosses sometimes haily is better sometimes freyna. But they did is super cause both chars you can farm very good. Haily first then freyna. And so freyna was my first ultimate. The others i couldnt get.

Ultimate valby has a pretty easy farm. I believe her lowest drop is a 10% chance.
